Get Pre-qualified
Many home buyers begin searching for their next real estate investment before getting
pre qualified. This can cost buyers time, money & possibly the deal. Often times,
buyers will be shopping outside of their price range without knowing it. After finding
a home they're interested in and sitting down with a mortgage professional they
learn that either qualify or paying for the needed financing is out of reach. Also,
while scrambling to put financing together that could have been settled ahead of
time, the seller may have interest from other buyers which could result in a bidding
war or sale.
